Public-law agreement on ensuring traffic services crossing district boundaries for the routes 261, 310, 335, 421, 426, 427, 429, and 440

Between the Oberbergischer Kreis and the Rheinisch-Bergischer Kreis, a public-law agreement on ensuring traffic services crossing district boundaries for the routes 261, 310, 335, 421, 426, 427, 429, and 440 has been concluded in accordance with the provisions of §§ 1 and 23 ff. of the Law on Municipal Cooperation (GkG NRW) in its currently valid version (SGV NRW 202).

This agreement was approved by the Cologne District Government in accordance with § 24 para. 2 GkG NRW and published in accordance with § 24 para. 3 sentence 1 GkG NRW in Official Gazette Number 30 for the Cologne administrative district on 27.07.2026
