• Sections 35 sentence 2, 36, 39 para. 2 no. 5, 41 para. 3 sentence 2 of the Administrative Procedure Act for the State of North Rhine-Westphalia as amended in the announcement of 14.07.1999 (GV. NRW. S. 438)
• Section 22 para. 1 Federal Hunting Act in conjunction with Section 24 para. 2 State Hunting Act North Rhine-Westphalia (LJG) as amended in the announcement of 07 December 1994 and Section 1 para. 1 no. 3 State Hunting Season Ordinance as amended on 28.05.2015
• the decree of the Ministry of Agriculture and Consumer Protection of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia dated 12 December 2024 concerning hunting measures to support reforestation following calamity damage in the forests of North Rhine-Westphalia
• the decree clarification regarding the aforementioned decree of 12.12.2024 including the map of main damage areas of the calamity areas of the State Enterprise Forest and Wood NRW
