The Oberbergischer Kreis has prepared the report on shareholdings in companies and institutions in accordance with § 117 of the Municipal Code for the State of North Rhine-Westphalia (GO NRW) as promulgated on 14.07.1994 (GV. NRW, p. 666) in the currently applicable version in conjunction with § 53 (1) of the County Code NRW as promulgated on 14.07.1994 (GV. NRW, p. 646) in the currently applicable version for the year 2025.

The report can be viewed by prior appointment (Tel.: 02261/88-1230) during regular office hours at the administrative building of the Oberbergischer Kreis, Moltkestraße 42, 51643 Gummersbach, as well as online at www.obk.de/beteiligung.
