Oberbergischer Kreis. All current courses of VHS Oberberg at a glance: The program brochures “Spring/Summer 2026” of VHS are now available free of charge for taking away. Interested individuals can find the printed editions in the town halls of the cities and municipalities of the Oberbergischer Kreis and at other municipal distribution points.

VHS Oberberg offers a diverse selection of exciting courses again in the current semester, such as “Animal Tracks - Recognizing animal footprints in the snow (Parent-Child Course)”; “Resilience and Personality Development – Discover Your Inner Stage”; “Upcycling Project - Creative Upcycling is Fun!” and as part of Digital Tuesday: “Which AI for What? Overview of Artificial Intelligence Applications”.

The spring semester also brings adjusted course fees. VHS Oberberg has decided, in light of general developments, to increase the fees for courses to adequately compensate the instructors. These adjustments are fully passed on to the instructors.

The acting head of VHS Oberberg, Sarah Krämer, emphasizes: “With the adjustment, we want to acknowledge the valuable work of our instructors and strengthen their important role in our educational efforts.”

All courses of the new spring semester 2026 can be booked by interested citizens via the website www.vhs-oberberg.de. The current program is also available online.

If photos for download are provided exclusively for media representatives/press, all usage rights (cf. §§ 31 ff. UrhG) according to § 43 UrhG lie with the Oberbergischer Kreis. For reporting purposes, the media are granted a simple usage right according to § 31 Abs. 2 UrhG. When publishing, the image rights specified in the press release must be cited (corresponds to IPTC field no. 110). The additional mention of a natural person as the author according to § 13 sentence 2 UrhG is waived, as this regulation is overridden by the application of § 43 UrhG.
