Service times of the district administration during Carnival The district administration points out changed service times during Carnival

Oberbergischer Kreis. The offices of the district administration of the Oberbergischer Kreis are open to the general public during the carnival days as follows:

- Thursday, February 12, 2026
Weiberfastnacht, until 10:30 AM

- Monday, February 16, 2026
On Rosenmontag, the district administration offices are open for visitors until 12:00 PM.

The branch offices of the Road Traffic Department in Hückeswagen and Waldbröl will be closed all day on Rosenmontag.

On the other carnival days, the usual service hours apply.
