Power outage at the IT service provider: District administration only partially accessible As specialized applications are also unavailable, processing requests is partially impossible

Oberbergischer Kreis. Due to a power outage in the region of its IT service provider, the Oberbergischer Kreis is only partially accessible. A large part of the service offerings cannot currently be provided. The reason is that central IT systems and specialized procedures are temporarily unavailable.

This particularly affects the road traffic office. The district administration asks citizens to refrain from attending already scheduled appointments for the time being.

Telephone accessibility and communication via email are also only partially possible. The Oberbergischer Kreis website is currently unavailable.

As soon as the disruption is resolved, the district administration will provide immediate information.

The Oberbergischer Kreis also shares updates on social media.

If photos for download are provided exclusively for media representatives/press, all usage rights (cf. §§ 31 ff. UrhG) according to § 43 UrhG lie with the Oberbergischer Kreis. For reporting purposes, the media are granted a simple usage right according to § 31 Abs. 2 UrhG. When publishing, the image rights specified in the press release must be cited (corresponds to IPTC field no. 110). The additional mention of a natural person as the author according to § 13 sentence 2 UrhG is waived, as this regulation is overridden by the application of § 43 UrhG.
