Oberbergischer Kreis. The disruption in the data center of regio iT due to a power outage continues. As a result, the Oberbergischer Kreis - like many other administrations – is only partially accessible.
The central IT systems and specialized applications are still not available to the district administration. Therefore, various service offerings cannot be provided. Communication via email is also not possible. The website of the Oberbergischer Kreis is currently unavailable.
The fire and rescue control center as well as the district police authority are not affected. 

The branch offices of the road traffic office in Waldbröl and Hückeswagen will be closed tomorrow (Wednesday, March 4, 2026). Appointments already scheduled cannot be kept at the branch offices. Whether appointments at the main office of the road traffic office in Gummersbach can be kept will be announced by the district administration as soon as possible, but no later than Wednesday morning. Appointments in other departments of the district administration, such as the immigration office, cannot be kept at the moment.
