Circle informs parents about "Career Orientation in Administration and Craftsmanship" Jointly Towards a Career: Free Event on Training Paths

Oberbergischer Kreis. The Oberbergischer Kreis supports parents in guiding their children's career orientation, provides insights into training and career paths, and invites them to a free informational event "Career Orientation in Administration and Craftsmanship". This event offers an opportunity to engage in discussions with participants, get answers, and gain practical insights. The event is aimed at interested parents of students from grades 8 to 13.

The event "Career Orientation in Administration and Craftsmanship" will take place:
on Tuesday, April 28, 2026, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, in the conference room of the Hohenzollernbad, Moltkestraße 45, 51643 Gummersbach.

The Municipal Coordination Office for School-to-Work/Study Transition (KoKo) of the Oberbergischer Kreis is organizing this event as part of the state program "No Graduation Without Transition (KAoA)". Parents will receive information about training, dual studies, and careers that offer long-term perspectives and security.

Insights into training and career opportunities in public administration will be provided by David Strauß from the Personnel Office of the Oberbergischer Kreis administration. Information on training paths in craftsmanship will be provided by Maik Hensel, Managing Director of the painting company F. Bondke GmbH.
