Oberbergischer Kreis. The district administration of the Oberbergischer Kreis is currently only limitedly reachable by phone due to a technical disruption with their phone provider. Communication via email remains possible, and previously scheduled appointments are also taking place. The phone provider is working on a solution to the problem and currently expects the district administration to be fully reachable again tomorrow, Wednesday, 01.04.2026.
