New Weitblick-Lotsin in Reichshof: Susanne Schmidt-Kraepelin is committed to the volunteer initiative of the district Office in Denklingen Town Hall opens every 1st Monday of the month from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM

Oberbergischer Kreis. Susanne Schmidt-Kraepelin is committed as the new Lotsin of the Weitblick volunteer initiative of the Oberbergischer Kreis in the Municipality of Reichshof.
The 67-year-old from Wildbergerhütte wants to contribute as a contact person for volunteers in Reichshof. Until a year ago, Susanne Schmidt-Kraepelin worked as a lawyer in the state administration.

When she learned upon retiring that the municipality of Reichshof was seeking a Weitblick guide, "it quickly became clear to me that this role greatly appeals to me. I would like to get in touch with nonprofit organizations and clubs to discuss whether I can assist them in finding suitable volunteers. One option is to present themselves on the Engagement Platform of Aktion Mensch. I would be happy to assist with this. Additionally, I am very committed to the Social License for students," says
Susanne Schmidt-Kraepelin.

She quickly familiarized herself with the structures of the Weitblick volunteer initiative of the Oberbergischer Kreis and set up her office in the Town Hall in Denklingen for open consultation hours: "The Weitblick concept is very helpful for assisting interested individuals in quickly and easily finding suitable volunteer opportunities and, conversely, supporting nonprofit projects in their search for volunteer help."

As the new Weitblick guide, Susanne Schmidt-Kraepelin starting Monday, July 6, 2026 will be available for interested citizens. On this day, she offers personal consultation hours from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Reichshof Weitblick location in the Town Hall in Denklingen (Hauptstr. 12 in 51580 Reichshof).
She will maintain the consultation hours of the Weitblick office of the volunteer initiative every first Monday of the month from 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM .
By phone, the Weitblick guide is available every Monday between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM for topics related to volunteering: 01575 66 44 54 0 and also via email at: denklingen@weitblick-obk.de.

Susanne Schmidt-Kraepelin has already started implementing a Weitblick project: "I am also very happy to receive suggestions and ideas for volunteer projects from citizens."
