Completion for future leadership tasks: successful advanced training at AGewiS Professional competence in regional care grows

Oberbergischer Kreis. Twelve responsible nursing staff have successfully completed their one-year advanced training at AGewiS. They have thus specifically prepared themselves for leadership tasks in outpatient and inpatient care. The participants have, among other things, developed practical projects and presented them in an innovative poster session. This highlighted how significantly their personal and professional development has progressed during their training. The concepts presented ranged from new care approaches to optimized organizational structures and impressively demonstrated the added value for care practice in the Oberbergischer Kreis.

"With the successful completion, the professional competence in regional care continues to grow," says District Councilor Frank Herhaus. "I am impressed by the high willingness to pursue such a diverse advanced training alongside professional and family commitments." 

Nicole Meyer, head of the AGewiS academy, also congratulated the graduates warmly: „With their commitment and ideas, they sustainably strengthen care and take on responsible leadership tasks in a constantly changing industry.“

The next training course starts in September. Interested nursing professionals who want to develop and showcase their own practical ideas can still register – there are still some places available.
