Oberbergischer Kreis. The three vocational colleges (Berufskolleg Dieringhausen, Bergisches Berufskolleg Wipperfürth and Wermelskirchen, Kaufmännisches Berufskolleg Oberberg) in Oberbergischer Kreis are joining forces with their school authority, Oberbergischer Kreis, to establish a Regional Education Center for Vocational Colleges (RBZB). The goal of the cooperation is to ensure long-term preservation of educational pathways and training opportunities despite declining enrollment figures, and to guarantee local schooling in the region.
