The Accident Commission of Oberbergischer Kreis informs For greater road safety: Stationary speed monitoring system in Marienheide/Holzwipper goes into operation.

Oberbergischer Kreis. On 09.07.2026, a new stationary speed monitoring system was put into operation on the L306 at the junction area of the K45 „Straße“.

The Oberbergischer Kreis explicitly points out that this measure is not intended for revenue regulation but solely for the safety of all road users.

Note:
The temporary measure of closing the left-turn lane (left-turn prohibition with corresponding road markings) was lifted with the installation and commissioning of the stationary speed monitoring system.
