Declining Sales Figures and Fluctuating Prices

The number of purchases made in the first half of 2026 was below the previous year's level. By the end of June, 1,366 notarial contracts had been submitted to the Committee of Valuation Experts for Real Estate Values in the Oberberg District for evaluation, 6% less than in the comparable period of the previous year. The monetary turnover of these evaluated purchase contracts amounted to approx. 278 million euros. Compared to the previous year, this corresponds to a decrease of approx. 8%.
