IT disruption: Some branch offices of the district administration only partially operational Affected by this is particularly the road traffic office.

Oberbergischer Kreis. Several branches of the district administration are currently experiencing significant limitations in their IT infrastructure. Due to a connection error, specialized applications and the connection to the main building on Moltkestraße in Gummersbach are currently unavailable. Telephone accessibility is also not or only partially possible.

Currently affected are the road traffic office, the economic development department, the cultural office, the audit department, the municipal supervision, as well as the department for planning, development, and mobility.

Road traffic office currently unable to provide on-site services!

As the required specialized applications in the road traffic office are currently unavailable, no processes can be handled at the moment. Citizens are therefore asked to refrain from attending already agreed appointments until further notice. The execution of online services via the i-Kfz portal is currently possible!

The responsible offices are working intensively on error analysis and resolving the disruption as quickly as possible. As soon as regular operations can be resumed, the Oberbergischer Kreis will provide information.

For reporting purposes, the media are granted a simple usage right according to § 31 Abs. 2 UrhG.
