For reporting, the media are granted a simple right of use under § 31 para. 2 UrhG. When publishing, the image credit specified in the press release must be named (corresponds to IPTC field no. 110). The additional naming of a natural person as the author pursuant to § 13 sentence 2 UrhG is omitted, as this provision yields in application of § 43 UrhG.
