Loss of Operating Permit

You have lost your operating permit (BE), or it has been stolen.
You are applying for a replacement certificate. 

Required documents:

• Registration certificate Part I (ZB I / vehicle registration certificate), if available

• Without ZB I: Proof of ownership through the original purchase contract or original invoice

• In case of theft of the BE: Confirmation from the police that a report has been filed

• Holder's ID card

• Loss declaration for the operating permit, signed by the holder

• Explanation: the circumstances of the loss

• Chassis number (FIN / Vehicle Identification Number)

• Manufacturer details

You will receive a "Certificate of No Objection" from us, which you can use to apply for a duplicate of the operating permit from the manufacturer or an inspection body.
