Disclosure of the draft budget statute of the Oberberg District with its annexes for the fiscal years 2027 and 2028

According to § 54 of the District Code for the State of North Rhine-Westphalia in the version of the announcement dated 14.07.1994 (GV. NRW, p. 646), last amended by the law of 10.07.2025 (GV. NRW, p. 618), the draft budget statute of the Oberbergischer Kreis for the fiscal years 2027 and 2028 with its annexes will be made publicly available for inspection during the duration of the consultation process in the District Council.

During this time, it can be inspected Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, and Thursdays from 1:00 PM to 5:30 PM, at the administrative building in Gummersbach, Moltkestraße 42, 14th floor, room 10. The draft budget statute with its annexes is also available on the Internet at www.obk.de.

From 06.11.2026 to 27.11.2026, residents or taxpayers of the towns and municipalities belonging to the district of Oberbergischer Kreis may submit objections to the draft in writing to the district administration, Moltkestraße 42, 51643 Gummersbach, or declare them for the record at the same location, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, and Thursdays from 1:00 PM to 5:30 PM, 14th floor, room 10. The District Council will decide on the objections in a public meeting on 17.12.2026.
