"Marketplace for Good Deals" in Oberbergischer Kreis: Register now and participate for free Networking opportunity for committed companies and non-profit organizations

Oberbergischer Kreis. Anyone who wishes to use the "Marketplace for Good Deals" in the Oberbergischer Kreis should register now. The event for committed businesses and non-profit organizations will take place on Thursday, July 2, 2026, at the Wiehl-Drabenderhöhe district center.
Interested parties who want to participate in the free event for all attendees can get information and register by no later than June 18, 2026 at: www.gute-geschaefte-obk.de.

Participation in the event is only possible with prior registration.

The Marketplace for Good Deals is aimed at those interested in expanding their network and willing to contribute, for example, their expertise, working hours, or materials. What they receive in return is to be negotiated on the event day.

This new concept for the Oberbergischer Kreis aims to create collaborations to complete tasks efficiently and build new networks. Money is off-limits at the "Marketplace for Good Deals", as only exchanges take place.

Examples of successful collaborations:
A company disposed of office furniture, and a club urgently needed furniture donations.
An IT company helps a citizens' initiative design their website - in return, volunteers bake waffles at their summer festival.

Win-win situation through joint free project agreements

At the "Marketplace for Good Deals", clubs, non-profit institutions, and businesses come together. After registration and preparation, participants have one hour on the event day to build collaborations and make agreements. To be well-prepared, participants attend a free workshop a few days before the event.

If successful, additional marketplaces are planned across the district to bring more businesses, non-profit organizations, and public stakeholders into direct exchange and to agree on specific collaborations – efficiently, locally, and effectively.

The „Marketplace for Good Deals“ is organized and implemented with the support of the globally active organization amaidi gGmbH based in Overath, which brings experience from several marketplaces conducted in the Rheinisch-Bergischer Kreis.
