Regular online services restored at the district administration The digital services, including those at the Road Traffic Office, are now available again

Oberbergischer Kreis. The online services and forms of the district administration are now fully available again. In connection with the worldwide security vulnerabilities in PHP, the website of the Oberbergischer Kreis remained accessible, but not all online services were continuously usable, such as the appointment scheduling at the Road Traffic Office.

According to the IT service provider of the district administration, all technical systems are now available again. The alternative offers temporarily provided by the Road Traffic Office are therefore no longer usable.
For the upcoming Thursday, 29.10.2026, between 19:00 and 22:00, the IT service provider announces further maintenance work. The district administration therefore advises that this could lead to short-term outages of some online services of the district, such as online appointment bookings. However, the website of the Oberbergischer Kreis www.obk.de will generally remain accessible.
